This project was for a bid that had to be done fast and within budget. The client didn't have time for a designer, drafter, photographer, or more. So they asked me to quickly rough up a few designs - based on some ideas they had. The rendering below started with a Google maps screenshot and few some source images. Because of time, the entire rendering was completed in Photoshop. The client won the bid.
